in the midst of it
By Tatini Goler
For me, the paradox of simultaneity is the most freedom giving truth to experience. The mystery of existence is palpable, gettable, knowable here, in this place, this meeting place of the opposites and contradictions.

I am in the fifth year of integration in this embodied consciousness awakening process, and am still finding myself, sometimes for the first time, in the grip of personality patterns that bring great suffering. And the suffering is so much more immediate - no more buffering! But then so is the freedom and the Isness of the awakened condition.

Like Linda Groves-Bonder likes to say: "Go figure!"
I bow down to our journeys - to our embracing all that there is!

in the midst of it ~ Waking and Down ~

Waking up feeling dull and depressed, nothing is as I expected it to be, as it should be!
The dark and painful has taken a hold of me – is this really needed?
Death might be a relief - defeat – I cannot do life!
Am I not an awakened Being? What is going on here?
Remembrance – there is more, isn’t there?
Need to feel my belly, fleshy and real, rising and falling – and be with my breath bringing spirit into flesh, enlivening this form
Surprise - now a smile on my face!
A sweet insight rises from my belly through my heart into my mind – shapes into words:
There is a bigger plan – I am not separate from the source – I can relax
I am Being - Being Knows
Now I can enjoy my morning cup of tea.

What are we? Be All that You can Be
By Krishna Gauci
We are One, we are many. We just cannot be explained.

We were born living as a number of paradoxes, which are impossible for the logical mind to comprehend. The most basic is the paradox of being both the finite and the infinite simultaneously. Because most of us were not greeted into this world by parents who recognized their own infinite nature, we were never fully welcomed in a way that acknowledged all of us. This has led us to deny parts of ourselves by either dismissing our own experience or interpreting one dimension of experience in terms of the other, thus "explaining away" things that pointed us to a fuller experience of ourselves. ... continue reading on wakingdown.org

Gazing Meditation

Gazing is a practice that offers the transmission of whole being awakeness to catalyze your own awakening and integration process. When practiced in person it is a two-way giving and receiving. Below referenced gazing videos are for you to simply receive the transmission.

The practice is simple: just sit quietly and receive. Let thoughts come and go, and simply be present in the gaze. You may or may not feel anything through this type of gazing, but in our experience, the transmission works powerfully nonetheless.
